Essia Health needed a more robust website that would serve as the center of all digital marketing efforts. The firm’s current website was a basic brochure that needed to be responsive, highlight services and most importantly generate online leads for their sales team.
Essia Health was a growing healthcare services and consulting firm providing scribe services to doctors and medical specialists. They worked with medical clinics, centers and hospitals who require ICD-10 and IMR implementation consulting and ongoing support.
Due to their success in the scribe space, they were acquired by industry-leader Scribe America.
After interviewing Essia's key stakeholders we created a 360-view of the required functions and goals of the new website as their digital acquisition channel. The website was to redefine Essia Health’s digital presence to support all digital marketing efforts to drive leads and conversions.
